Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal
A rehearsal for the graduation ceremony will be held on 24 June 2026 between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Attendance is strongly recommended in order to ensure the smooth conduct of the ceremony on the official event day.
Graduation Ceremony
Students participating in the ceremony are required to access the relevant link prior to arriving at the venue in order to obtain the name of their group leader, badge number, and designated entrance gate.
The first letter on the badge indicates the seating block, the number following the letter indicates the row number, and the number after the hyphen indicates the assigned seat number. The final letter at the end of the badge number indicates the location on stage where the graduation certificate will be presented.
All students are required to be present at the ceremony venue by 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, students should proceed directly to their designated entrance gate, where their group leader will be waiting with a signboard.
Students are required to collect their badges from their group leaders and attach them to the left side of their gowns. Group leaders will provide the necessary instructions regarding the ceremony procedures.
Distribution of Diplomas
As diplomas will not be distributed during the graduation ceremony, graduates may obtain information regarding the status of their diplomas through the Student Information System (SIS) as of 31 August 2026.
Once prepared, diplomas may either be collected from the Student Services Building or, upon request, delivered to the graduates’ designated addresses.
We extend our sincere wishes for your continued success in all your future endeavors and hope that your path ahead will always be prosperous and bright.
