ABOUT
The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, which has been in operation since the day the Cyprus International University was established, is one of the most prominent faculties of the university and North Cyprus. Since its foundation, the faculty holds the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Political Science and International Relations, and is continuously adding new departments to adapt to the changing and developing world.
MISSION AND VISION
The faculty aims to raise graduates who will be equipped with both theoretical and practical information regarding their fields throughout their studies, as well as benefit from the English-medium instruction.
By means of the international qualifications of the university and the faculty, students take advantage of receiving education in and experiencing a multicultural environment and comprehending the global concept of diversity.
The faculty aims to contribute to the country both socially and economically by raising graduates who specialize in their fields and can find jobs easily with the knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained throughout their academic life.
ACCREDITATIONS
The departments of Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Political Science and International Relations within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, are accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).
EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences provides education in the departments of Business Administration, Political Science and International Relations, and Accounting and Finance with its qualified academic staff. Students will be able to improve themselves in their fields both theoretically and practically while adapting to today's changing and developing conditions. Students will begin their professional lives one step ahead with the advantage of the English-medium instruction and are able to take elective courses besides their compulsory courses, they have the opportunity to specialize in their own areas of interest. The availability of foreign language options such as German, French, Italian, Greek, Latin, and Russian among the elective courses, provides students with the opportunity to master a second foreign language besides English. Students will be able to practice virtual transactions with real data at the Finance Laboratory, which is the only one available among the universities in North Cyprus.
